Responsibilities:-

Must be well versed in animal husbandry and demonstrate good leadership as well as dependability

Able communicate their ideas effectively through writing or speaking

Need to facilitate team interactions and assist individuals when problems or conflicts occur.

Create a trusted and respectful working environment to allow team members to implement decisions

May have to be flexible in their work schedules to execute day-to-day tasks

Supervision of workers in all aspects of dairy production, preparing feed, stock and data

Need to find treatment for sick animals, ease difficult births and designate breeding times for the animals

Need to perform clerical and administrative job duties, like drawing up budget plans and monitoring records of day-to-day operations

Monitoring breeding and vaccination protocol

Forecast on feed  and production management

Handling of waste management
